Orders are generally shipped within 48 hrs. (Monday – Friday) using FedEx and DHL The standard delivery time is 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are:
£2.99 for all hand bags
Highest rate is applied once to the entire order.
While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments.
Your order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been verified. If you need to return a product, you must start the returns process as soon as you receive it.
Item not received
If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues still persists kindly email us support@Azllimited.com we will try our best to assist you.
It's possible the monitoring details won't be accessible at all times. This may be due to technical problems with the app that prevent the tracking information from being changed. If you are still unable to locate your item in these circumstances, please email us at support@Azllimited.com and we will assist you.
